Available for bareboat or skippered charter, the vessel measures 12.85 m (42 ft) in length with a draft of 1.12 m (4 ft). Her interior configuration includes four cabins, one crew cabin, and four heads, accommodating up to 9 people on board.
Performance under sail is powered by a full batten mainsail and steering wheel helm, while twin 45 HP engines, a 640 L fuel tank, and a 780 L water tank support propulsion and range. Aboard Open Office, solar panels and an inverter support battery health at anchor and help extend time between port calls. For onboard comfort, electric fans are fitted in cabins, while the air conditioning operates only when connected to 220V shore power in a marina or port. Navigation and domestic fittings include an autopilot, VHF radio, nautical charts, electric toilets, Wi-Fi internet, outdoor speakers, an oven, a microwave, and gas cookers.
