Built in 2023 by Catana Group, the Bali Catspace Ocean Office measures 12.31 m (40 ft) in length with a draft of 1.1 m (4 ft). The catamaran is available for bareboat and skippered charters.
Her interior arrangement includes 4 cabins and 4 heads, accommodating up to 8 people on board. For interior temperature management, she features air conditioning that operates only when connected to 220V shore power in a marina or port, paired with electric fans in cabins. The galley is fitted with gas cookers, an oven, and a microwave, with pillows supplied for the berths. Fitted solar panels and an inverter support onboard battery health at anchor, extending time between port calls aboard Ocean Office.
Sail handling and navigation are managed via a full batten mainsail, a steering wheel, an autopilot, a VHF radio, and navigation charts and nautical guide. Outdoor speakers are installed on deck. Twin engines deliver 40 HP each, backed by a 400 L fuel tank and a 760 L water tank. The catamaran is operated and managed by the charter company Angelina Yachtcharter.
