Built in 2022 by Catana Group, the catamaran is a Bali Catspace named Sea Office, available for bareboat and skippered charters. She measures 12.31 m (40 ft) in length overall with a shallow draft of 1.1 m (4 ft).
The interior layout features 4 cabins and 4 heads, accommodating up to 10 people on board. For comfort, the catamaran has air conditioning, which operates only when connected to 220V shore power in a marina or port because she does not have a generator. Solar panels and an inverter support onboard battery health at anchor and extend time between port calls. Aboard Bali Catspace Sea Office, the galley and living spaces are equipped with gas cookers, an oven, outdoor speakers, and pillows.
Navigation and deck gear include a steering wheel, a full batten mainsail, an autopilot, a VHF radio, and navigation charts and nautical guide. Auxiliary propulsion is supplied by two 30 HP engines, supported by a 400-liter fuel tank and a 760-liter water tank. The vessel is operated and managed by the charter company Angelina Yachtcharter.
