Starting from the coastal port of Marsala in Sicily, Italy, sailors can access the western Mediterranean and the Aegadian Islands. Built in 2016 by Dufour Yachts, the Dufour 460 GL Neptune Planet is a monohull sailboat measuring 14.15 m (46 ft) in length overall with a draft of 2.2 m (7 ft). She is available for both bareboat and skippered charters, accommodating varying crew experience levels.
The interior layout provides 4 cabins and 4 heads equipped with electric toilets, accommodating up to 10 people on board. To support domestic power and battery health at anchor, Neptune Planet is fitted with an inverter that extends intervals between shore power connections. Social spaces on deck include outdoor speakers for entertainment and an integrated grill plancha barbecue for cooking in the open air.
Under sail and power, she is driven by a single 65 HP engine along with a full batten mainsail, while a bow thruster assists with mooring maneuvers in port. Navigation is further aided by an autopilot system, and the vessel carries a 250-liter fuel tank and a 530-liter freshwater tank. The sailboat is operated and managed by the charter company Seafolk Travel.
