The sailboat is a Dufour 470 built by Dufour Yachts in 2022, designated as Dufour 470 Shooting Star. She features an overall length of 14.85 m (49 ft) alongside a draft of 2.25 m (7 ft).
Based at ACI Marina Vodice in the Šibenik region of Croatia, Shooting Star is available for bareboat and skippered charters. From this base, you can navigate the Dalmatian coastline, explore sheltered island bays, and visit historic coastal towns and anchorages across the Adriatic Sea.
Under sail, she features a furling mainsail, two steering wheels, and a bow thruster, powered by a single 75 HP engine with a 250 L fuel tank. A 530 L water tank and solar panels help support battery health at anchor, extending time between port calls. Because she lacks a generator, the onboard air conditioning operates only when connected to 220V shore power in a marina or port. Onboard equipment also includes an autopilot, VHF radio, electric toilet, outdoor speakers, and a bathing platform. The vessel is operated and managed by the charter company Angelina Yachtcharter.
