Draft 1.25 m (4 ft) Located at Marina Kastela in the Split region of Croatia, this sailing base provides direct access to the central Dalmatian islands and popular coastal routes. Built in 2023 by Lagoon-Bénéteau, Lagoon 42 OW Sophie measures 12.8 m (42 ft) in length overall with a draft of 1.25 m (4 ft). The catamaran is available as either a bareboat or a skippered charter.
The interior layout accommodates up to 8 people across 3 cabins, 2 crew cabins, and 3 heads. For onboard comfort, Sophie features air conditioning supported by a generator, alongside a water heater, an oven, a freezer, and an ice maker. To extend time between port calls and support battery health at anchor, the vessel is equipped with a watermaker, solar panels, and an electrical inverter system.
Under sail and power, the multihull is rigged with a full batten mainsail, a steering wheel, and twin 57 HP engines. Tank capacities provide 600 L of fuel and 600 L of fresh water for cruising periods. Navigation and communication equipment includes an autopilot and a VHF radio. Additional gear includes outdoor speakers, snorkeling equipment, and an outboard engine. The vessel is operated and managed by the charter company Adriatic Sailing.
