Offering five cabins, one crew cabin, and three heads, this layout accommodates up to 13 people, making it well suited for large families or groups of friends sailing together. Built in 2024 by Bénéteau, the Oceanis 51.1 Selinde provides substantial interior volume and deck space compared with smaller monohulls, measuring an overall length of 15.94 m (52 ft) with a draft of 2.36 m (8 ft).
The sailboat is based in Portorosa, situated in Sicily, Italy, where you can easily set sail to explore the nearby Aeolian Islands. Available for both bareboat and skippered charters, Selinde gives you the choice to navigate independently or hire a skipper.
Under sail, she is equipped with a full batten mainsail, two steering wheels, and a bow thruster to assist with close-quarters manoeuvring. Propulsion comes from a single 80 HP engine supported by a 200 L fuel tank, alongside a 770 L freshwater capacity. For navigation and comfort, the vessel features an autopilot, a VHF radio, and a bathing platform. Onboard solar panels support battery health at anchor, while an integrated watermaker extends time between port calls for freshwater replenishment. This sailboat is operated and managed by the charter company Aladar Sail.
