Based in Marina di Scarlino - Follonica along the coast of Tuscany, Italy, this base offers direct sailing access to the Tuscan Archipelago and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Built by Jeanneau in 2015, the Sun Odyssey 469 Idra is a sailboat measuring 14.05 m (46 ft) in length with a draft of 2.24 m (7 ft). She is available for both bareboat and skippered charters.
The interior layout features 4 cabins and 4 heads fitted with electric toilets, accommodating up to 10 people on board. For comfort during warmer weather, electric fans are installed in the cabins, while an aft bathing platform provides convenient access to the water. To support onboard energy needs and maintain battery health while anchored, Idra is equipped with solar panels and an inverter, helping extend time between port calls.
On deck and at the helm, the yacht features a furling roll sail, 2 steering wheels, an autopilot, a VHF radio, and a bow thruster to facilitate close-quarters harbor maneuvering. Auxiliary propulsion is provided by a 54 HP engine, supported by a 240-liter fuel tank and a 618-liter fresh water tank. The sailboat is operated and managed by the charter company Aladar Sail.
