Departing from Alimos marina in the Athens and Saronic Gulf region of Greece, sailors can explore sheltered coastal waters and historic island anchorages. Built in 2024 by Catana Group, the Bali 4.8 BASMA measures 14.86 m (49 ft) in length with a draft of 1.35 m (4 ft). This catamaran is offered for both bareboat and skippered charters.
With dimensions that are large for a catamaran, she provides generous personal space and quiet separation across the interior. The layout features 6 cabins alongside 1 crew cabin and 6 heads equipped with electric toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. Onboard comfort is maintained by air conditioning powered by a generator. For offshore independence, an onboard watermaker reduces the frequency of marina stops, while solar panels and an inverter support continuous battery health at anchor, making BASMA well suited for extended cruising.
Under sail, the vessel utilizes a full batten mainsail, complemented by twin 80 HP engines for reliable motoring. Navigation is assisted by an integrated autopilot, and a hydraulic gangway eases dockside boarding. With a 1000 L fuel tank and a 1000 L freshwater capacity, she is well equipped for smooth passage making. She is operated and managed by the charter company Istion Yachting.
