Built by Bavaria Yachtbau, the Bavaria Cruiser 45 Acrux was launched in 2012 and refitted in 2023. She measures 14.27 m (47 ft) in length overall with a draft of 2.1 m (7 ft).
The sailboat is based in Lygia Marina on Lefkas, positioned within the sheltered Ionian Islands of Greece. Available for both bareboat and skippered charters, Acrux gives you direct access to protected coastal navigation and island passages. From this base marina, you can set sail toward Meganisi, Kefalonia, and Kalamos across calm waters.
Under sail, the vessel uses a furling mainsail and twin steering wheels, powered by a 55 HP engine with a 300 L fuel tank and a 450 L water tank. A bow thruster and autopilot assist with navigation and harbor maneuvers, while onboard solar panels help support battery health at anchor between port calls. Additional equipment includes electric heads, an oven, a freezer, outdoor speakers, snorkeling gear, a VHF radio, and an outboard motor with nautical charts. She is operated and managed by the charter company Ionian Catamarans.
