Starting from Alimos marina in the Athens/ Saronic sailing region of Greece, this sailboat provides a practical starting point for cruising the Saronic Gulf and nearby islands. Built in 2014 by Bavaria Yachtbau, the Bavaria Cruiser 46 Artemis features a length overall of 14.27 m (47 ft) and a draft of 2.1 m (7 ft). The yacht is available under bareboat and skippered charter options.
The interior layout is configured with 4 cabins and 3 heads, accommodating up to 8 people on board. To maintain airflow in warmer weather, electric fans in cabins are installed throughout the accommodations, and the heads are equipped with an electric toilet. For enhanced autonomy between marina visits, Artemis carries solar panels that support battery health and power basic systems while anchored. A bathing platform at the stern allows simple access to the sea.
Under sail, the vessel utilizes a furling/roll sail configuration and a steering wheel for responsive handling. Navigation and communication are supported by an autopilot and a VHF radio at the helm. Docking and port maneuvers are simplified with an integrated bow thruster, alongside 1 engine for reliable propulsion when motoring. The boat is operated and managed by the charter company Istion Yachting.
