Based at D-Marin in Lefkas, located within the protected sailing grounds of the Ionian Islands in Greece, this sailboat offers direct access to regional cruising routes. Built in 2018 by Hanse Yachts, the Hanse 548 Joy has a length overall of 16.22 m (53 ft) and a draft of 2.55 m (8 ft). Compared to smaller monohulls, her generous overall length provides noticeably more space across the deck and interior accommodation. She is available for bareboat and skippered charters.
The interior layout includes 4 cabins, 1 crew cabin, and 4 heads equipped with electric toilets, accommodating up to 9 people on board. To support daily comfort, the galley is fitted with gas cookers, while pillows and snorkeling equipment are provided for leisure time. Featuring both a generator and air conditioning, Joy ensures continuous electrical power and effective climate control throughout the cabins and living spaces.
Under mechanical power, the vessel utilizes a single engine and 2 steering wheels, supported by an autopilot for open-water navigation and a bow thruster for controlled marina maneuvers. Technical equipment also includes a VHF radio for communication, and a hydraulic gangway eases boarding at the quay. The vessel is operated and managed by the charter company Istion Yachting.
