Starting from Nea Peramos Marina in the Athens area/Saronic/Peloponese region of Greece, this base offers convenient access to sheltered sailing waters and coastal ports. Built in 2021 by Lagoon-Bénéteau, the Lagoon 42 Anemi is available for bareboat or skippered charters. The catamaran measures 12.8 m (42 ft) in length overall and carries a draft of 1.25 m (4 ft), allowing entry into shallow anchorages.

Accommodating up to 10 people, the interior layout features four cabins and two crew cabins, accompanied by four heads with electric toilets. For onboard comfort, Anemi features air conditioning supported by an onboard generator. To extend time between port calls and support battery health at anchor, the vessel is equipped with a watermaker and solar panels. The functional galley also includes an oven for preparing meals.

Under sail, the catamaran is rigged with a full batten mainsail controlled from a steering wheel helm. Auxiliary power is supplied by two 57 hp engines, with a 300-liter fuel tank and an 820-liter fresh water tank. Navigation equipment includes an autopilot, a VHF radio, and navigation charts with a nautical guide, while an outboard and snorkeling equipment are also provided. She is operated and managed by the charter company Athenian Yachts.
