Built in 2019 by Lagoon-Bénéteau, the Lagoon 42 Blue Trident is a sailing catamaran measuring 12.8 m (42 ft) in length with a draft of 1.25 m (4 ft). She is offered for both bareboat and skippered charter configurations.
The interior layout accommodates up to 12 people, providing 4 cabins along with 2 separate crew cabins and 4 heads equipped with electric toilets. For onboard living comfort in warm weather, Blue Trident features air conditioning powered by a marine generator. To supply fresh water while cruising and extend the duration between marina stops, she also includes a watermaker desalinator system.
Her sailing setup consists of a full batten mainsail managed from the steering wheel helm station, with navigational assistance provided by an autopilot and a VHF radio. Reliable propulsion is supplied by 2 engines delivering 57 HP, combined with a 600-liter fuel tank and a 300-liter fresh water tank.
