Based at Alimos marina in the regional sailing hub of Athens and the Saronic Gulf in Greece, this sailboat offers direct access to coastal routes and sheltered island anchorages. Built by Bénéteau, the Oceanis 46.1 Solon was launched in 2022, measuring 14.6 m (48 ft) in length overall with a draft of 2.35 m (8 ft). The vessel is available for both bareboat and skippered charters.
The interior layout accommodates up to 8 people across 4 cabins, served by 4 heads fitted with electric toilets. For onboard comfort, Solon features air conditioning powered by a generator, alongside electric fans in cabins for continuous ventilation. An inverter and solar panels maintain battery health at anchor, extending time between port calls. Onboard amenities also include an oven in the galley, outdoor speakers, and a bathing platform.
Under sail, she is equipped with a furling mainsail and 2 steering wheels, supported by an autopilot, a VHF radio, and navigation charts and nautical guide. A bow thruster assists during docking and port maneuvers, driven by a single 80 HP engine. Tank storage provides 200 L of fuel and 530 L of fresh water. She is operated and managed by the charter company Valentino Yachts.
