Based at New Marina in Rhodes, Greece, this monohull sailboat provides a practical starting point for sailing itineraries across the Dodecanese archipelago. Built in 2015 by Bénéteau, the Oceanis 48 Annita measures 14.6 m (48 ft) in length overall with a draft of 2.15 m (7 ft). She is available for both bareboat and skippered charters to suit different levels of sailing experience.
The yacht layout offers 5 cabins and 3 heads with an electric toilet, providing accommodation for up to 10 people on board. Electric fans installed in the cabins help circulate air for onboard comfort, while solar panels assist in sustaining battery levels at anchor to extend time between port calls. For swimming and boarding, Annita features a bathing platform, complemented by a radio CD MP3 player with USB connectivity for music entertainment.
Navigation and deck operations are supported by a full batten mainsail, steering wheel helm, bow thruster for easier mooring maneuvers, autopilot, and a VHF radio. Reliable auxiliary power is provided by a single 75 HP engine, paired with a 400 L fuel tank and a 690 L water tank capacity. She is operated and managed by the charter company Istion Yachting.
