Built in 2023 by Excess, the Excess 11 Amare II is a cruising catamaran based at Gouvia Marina on the island of Corfu in Greece. Available for both bareboat and skippered charters, she measures 11.42 m (37 ft) in length overall with a draft of 1.15 m (4 ft). Her interior layout features 4 cabins, 1 crew cabin, and 2 heads, accommodating up to 10 people on board.
Under sail, she is rigged with a full batten mainsail and controlled via a steering wheel. Motoring power is provided by two 29 HP engines, supported by a 160-liter fuel tank and a 300-liter fresh water tank. On deck, Amare II is equipped with solar panels that support battery health at anchor and help extend time between port calls. Navigational and safety electronics include an autopilot and a VHF radio, while electric toilets, an outboard motor, and snorkeling equipment offer practical convenience during anchorages.
With her accessible sail plan and low draft, this catamaran is well suited for navigating coastal routes and anchoring in shallow bays across the Ionian region. She provides a functional multihull platform for local sailing itineraries. The vessel is operated and managed by the charter company Hellenic Yachting.
