Built in 2021 by Lagoon-Bénéteau, the Lagoon 42 Freedom is a catamaran based at Gouvia Marina on the island of Corfu in Greece. Available for both bareboat and skippered charters, the vessel has an overall length of 12.8 m (42 ft) and draws a draft of 1.25 m (4 ft). Her interior configuration features 4 cabins and 2 separate crew cabins, alongside 4 heads fitted with electric toilets, accommodating up to 12 people on board.
Rigged with a full batten mainsail, she also includes an autopilot for navigation support during passages at sea. Two 57 HP engines provide mechanical propulsion, backed by a 600-liter fuel tank. Fresh water capacity is 600 liters, connected to a water heater for domestic supply. She features air conditioning for onboard comfort, powered by a generator. For autonomy away from the dock, solar panels and a watermaker extend time between port calls and maintain battery charge at anchor. Additional equipment aboard Freedom includes a dedicated freezer and outdoor speakers.
This layout provides well-separated sleeping quarters and practical communal spaces, making the yacht well suited for sailing routes around Corfu and the wider Ionian archipelago. She is operated and managed by the charter company Hellenic Yachting.
