Based at Gouvia Marina on Corfu in Greece, this setting provides sheltered navigation across the northern Ionian Sea. Built in 2024 by Excess, the Excess 11 Luna is an 11.42 m (37 ft) catamaran with a draft of 1.15 m (4 ft). Offered for bareboat or skippered charters, she provides a stable multihull platform suited for cruising island coastlines.
The layout accommodates up to 12 people in 4 cabins, 2 crew cabins, and 2 heads with an electric toilet. Pillows are supplied for sleeping spaces, while the galley includes gas cookers for meal preparation. Onboard entertainment is supported by outdoor speakers in the cockpit. To assist power management during voyages, Luna carries solar panels that support battery health at anchor between port visits. An outboard engine and snorkeling equipment are also included for time spent anchored in bays.
Under sail, she is rigged with a full batten mainsail and controlled via 2 steering wheels. For navigation and passage planning, the cockpit features an autopilot alongside a VHF radio. Propulsion comes from two 29 HP engines, backed by a 440-liter fuel tank and a 600-liter fresh water tank to extend cruising autonomy. This catamaran is operated and managed by the charter company Istion Yachting.
