Featuring an accommodating layout of four cabins and four heads, this catamaran comfortably accommodates up to 11 people, making her well suited for families or groups of friends. Built in 2023 by Lagoon-Bénéteau, the Lagoon 40 Elia measures 11.74 m (39 ft) in length overall with a draft of 1.35 m (4 ft).

Based in Skopelos, Neo Klima Harbor within the scenic Sporades region of Greece, she is available for both bareboat and skippered charters. From this base, you can set sail toward quiet island anchorages and coastal bays, navigating easily aboard Elia with her wheel steering system.

Under sail, she is equipped with a full batten mainsail, while twin 45 HP engines, a 400 L fuel tank, and a 300 L water tank provide reliable performance at sea. Onboard solar panels, an inverter, and a watermaker extend time between port calls and support battery health at anchor. She features air conditioning for onboard comfort, supported by a generator. Navigation is assisted by an autopilot, VHF radio, and nautical charts and a nautical guide, while electric toilets, an oven, outdoor speakers, an outboard, and snorkeling equipment complete the inventory. She is operated and managed by the charter company Athenian Yachts.
